Tenderize Beef with Baking Soda

Thinking of grilling skewered beef? You can tenderize the meat by sprinkling a dusting of baking soda over the meat and mix it in with the marinade. Do this just a few minutes before you start to grill.  You meat will come out super tender, just like in the restaurant!
